About This Project
Capstone Building Corp. was selected as general contractor to construct the second phase of a new 65 unit single story senior residence community with accompanying clubhouse. The facade of the buildings are brick masonry and cementitious siding. Each unit comes complete with its own full kitchen and bathroom. Other amenities include outdoor fitness equipment and pavilion. Occupancy is age restricted to persons over age 55. This project was completed in June 2022.
