Our History

Established in 1997, Capstone Building initially focused on building student housing for its first five years. By 2007, we successfully completed housing projects for over 17,000 students nationwide, always meeting our deadlines. Drawing from our experience in constructing student housing, we expanded our expertise to include the construction of multifamily properties across the US, leveraging our understanding of tight and non-negotiable deadlines.

Present Day

Today, Capstone Building caters to a diverse clientele in the multifamily sector, serving public and private developers, as well as government housing entities. Our specialization lies in constructing low to mid-rise multifamily housing, often integrated with extensive structured parking or retail components.

Although our headquarters are located in the Southeast, our portfolio spans the entire country, with a particular focus on high-end multifamily projects. In recent years, we have completed numerous projects across the United States, including properties in California, Connecticut, Florida and New Jersey.
