South City CNI Phase IV

South City Phase IV is a 138-unit, 15 building, garden-style apartment and townhouse project that will offer affordable and sustainable mixed-income options. The development will consist of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units with contemporary finishes, open floor plans, Energy Star appliances, in-unit washer and dryers, and plenty of storage space. The exterior of the homes will incorporate the historic characteristics of the neighborhood and surrounding areas. All buildings are designed to be sustainable and resilient and will be certified under the Enterprise Green Communities, the National Green Building Standards and/or EnergyStar for Homes. The entire community incorporates LEED for Neighborhood Development standards.
