South City Phase IV is a 138-unit,15-building, garden-style apartment and townhouse project that will offer affordable and sustainable mixed-income options. The development consists of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroomunits. The exterior of the homes incorporates the historic characteristics of the neighborhood and surrounding areas. All buildings are designed to be sustainable and resilient and will be certified under Energy Star for Homes and Enterprise Green Communities or National Green Building Standards. The entire community incorporates LEED for Neighborhood Development standards.
