Capstone Building Corp. broke ground on this project in August of 2022. This project consists of 3 garden-style apartment buildings containing 108 units and 27 townhome buildings containing 208 units, all with modern interior finishes, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Exterior finishes consist of brick and Hardie siding facades. Site amenities include a fitness/clubhouse building with adjacent pool area, fenced backyards at townhome units, grill stations, and outdoor fire pit areas.
