Bowen Homes Phase I is the first in a six-phase development, located in the city of Atlanta, Georgia. The multi-family apartment complex consists of 151 residential units in 6 buildings. Two three-story residential buildings over one-story parking structure, one three-story garden style walk up apartment building, and three multi-story townhouse buildings. Units are a combination of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts. The leasing office and interior amenities are located on level 1 of building 1 which includes a fitness center, clubhouse and community room. Site amenities include a covered outdoor area, community vegetable garden, playground and dog park.
