Capstone Building Corp. was selected to construct Park Place Senior Housing. There are 76 dwelling units contained in a single four-story wood frame building built upon a concrete slab at grade.
The building’s façade is brick masonry. Two elevators serve each floor of the building; surface parking is provided adjacent to the building.
Construction financing is provided by the HUD Hope 6 program and federal tax credits. Occupancy is age restricted for persons over 55.
